CAUTIONOld RAF X262 cartridges could also be a single cream or two-tone cream with a blue cap.To install it, turn off the water at the meter or under-sink faucets, then lever up the cap on the lever itself. Below this is a screw; unscrew it. Then remove the lever and unscrew the cartridge retainer at the bottom, remove the old cartridge, clean the inside of the faucet thoroughly, and insert the new one, positioning it in the correct positions.In the 1970s, RAF produced some models where the lever lowers instead of lifting it. Therefore, the cartridge for this type of model (Danube series) requires the inverted X265 cartridge.
