SigilBlock is a special safety device patented by BRV. It can be applied to both lever- or wing-nut-handle valves and allows the valve to be locked in the fully open or closed position, depending on the operating conditions.SigilBlock, compared to current locking systems, is an extremely versatile and convenient device: it can be applied to any standard BRV ball valve, both older and newer models. Its compact size saves space.It is installed by replacing the standard handle nut with the special locking device nut and applying its cap. Once installed, it can only be removed by authorized personnel using a special key.A special safety device that allows the valve to be locked in the open or closed position.

Suitable for both lever and wing nut handles.
• Size 1: for valves from 1/4" to 3/4" (DN10 to DN20)
• Size 2: for valves from 1" and 1.5" (DN25 to DN32)
• Size 3: for valves from 1.5" and 2" (DN40 to DN50)
Exception: for filter valves (Art. 514, 514P, 564P), size 2 should be used. For Art. 514 1.5", size 3 should be used.
